Basement Renovation

The project involved a full interior renovation that began with demolishing and removing the damaged concrete floor, excavating the underlying material, and preparing the space for new structural and mechanical work. After repairs around the utility area were completed, the basement was rebuilt with new subflooring, hardwood flooring, finished walls, recessed lighting, and updated living spaces including a fireplace feature, a dining area, and a modern staircase transition. The result is a fully restored and upgraded lower level that transforms the previously deteriorated area into a clean, functional, and contemporary living environment.
